i liked that the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was RIGHT in the heart of everything. the multistorey parking was right outside the rear of the hotel, it also costs ÂŁ10 for an overnight stay of 12 hours. i expected a great stay and got IT at a great price.
i'd mention rooms feel little old, though they remain comfortable and clean.

The location is excellent with direct access to nearby attractions and parking. the staff were cute and considerate to our needs during afternoon tea. they accommodated a friend who was unwell. breakfast included tasty farm yogurt and fresh apple juice. The doorman and bellhop were cheerful and helpful. i found the bed comfortable for sleeping well.
i noticed slight damage to the wallpaper near the suitcase holder in my room. it was covered with plastic to prevent further damage.

the room i got was not great. there was a council car park next to the hotel and it was noisy. also, the shower was broken. it was difficult to get the temperature right and the water pressure was low.
